	Our Vision Statement The North Downtown Alliance envisions an inclusive, sustainable, mixed-use community with comfortable, well maintained space to live, work, create and recreate. Our North Downtown Alliance will be accessible to and interlinked with the Greater Omaha area while maintaining its distinctive and historic character. Our Mission Statement The North Downtown Alliance will build partnerships and consensus across its broad and diverse constituency to establish common goals and a common voice working together to promote the area’s economic and social vitality. Through broad participation of our constituency we will encourage revitalization through both public and private investment, protect the unique, historic character of the area, improve quality of life, and strengthen the sense of community and pride in our urban neighborhood.
